The Luvata Group, a Mitsubishi Materials Group company that manufactures and sells copper and copper alloy products, continues to grow, driven by the diversity of its employees and international collaboration. In this article, Pekka Kleemola, President and CEO of the Luvata Group, talks about the company's vision, values, and its future perspective.

Luvata is a world leader in copper manufacturing and related engineering services. The company consists of five business units and has operations in six countries on four continents. Luvata employs 1,478 (as of the end of March 2025) and is headquartered in Pori, Finland.
The main served industries are Healthcare, Automotive, Metals and Mining, and Electrical Industries. The company’s success is driven by innovation, lean production and value-added sales and its focus is on building good and long-term relationships with customers, co-workers and suppliers.

The new state of the art hot extrusion press in Pori, the ongoing investment program in Ohio, as well as the newly built factory expansion in Appleton are all great examples of Luvata’s strategy execution. In addition, our ambition is to be the preferred employer and extend the positive impact also on the communities around us.
